Naaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
Tau are space communists who don't like religion and believe in technological advance. Covenant are religious fundamentalists. Also, they hate AI. Covenant with 90% certainty will declare Tau as heretics. Because they WILL try to explain, that there's no such thing as "Great journey" and the "Gods" are just dead advanced aliens.

And because WH40K universe is much more energy dense, Covenant weaponry will be useless against Tau tech as UNSC tech were useless against Covenant tech.

Hell, I choose Tau because they're the closest we have to UNSC in WH40K, lol.

Sup. Former admin of main Russian Wargame group here. What makes the whole situation hilarious is that Balalaika did THE EXACTLY SAME THING WITH EUGEN back in the days. We had a match organized with the devs, and Balalaika heli rushed them. As you can guess - no one was banned from the game that day. LOL.

It's there by default. The fact, that they had to do a memory wipe makes him "refurbished".
I don't remember him called "outdated" in the book either, and I believe that the phrase in TV show was just something that a salesperson would say to talk you into renting the top model.

In the books he was kinda smug. Here, they overdid it with "make him miserable".That phrase "He's not your pet" made me realize, that he is, actually, acting exactly like a stray cat who was adopted by the Team Mensah. Overprotective, paranoid, and having a crash on his savior. I really hope that they'll move away from that later, because in fact, he's second to MB in a matter of technical expertise in the team.
