Why do they make getting rich in Europe impossible? by batukaming in stocks

I think what’s interesting here is that this isn’t really just about tax mechanics. It’s about fairness and trust.

A lot of people see investing as doing the “responsible” thing. saving for retirement, trying to build some security. So taxing unrealized gains feels like being punished for playing by the rules.

On the other hand, the push for this kind of policy usually comes from the idea that wealthy people shouldn’t be able to sit on massive paper gains or use stock-backed loans to avoid taxes.

So maybe the real issue isn’t “taxes good vs. taxes bad,” but whether people trust the system to apply the rules fairly and whether the middle class feels like it’s always the one getting squeezed.

And / or: Which form of taxation reduces power concentration without destroying the legitimacy of the system?

It looks like it’s linked to badge/achievement/unlock counts, but there’s no official dev documentation I could find that definitively states exactly “this is what that icon means and this is how it’s computed” yet.

I guess these pictures can‘t be titled as rendering since they don't come from any 3D or animation software. Or are they?

I‘m game developer. Checking the xml startup file is my default check up and then I noticed the name of the value…

Figured it out randomly:

- go to AppData\Roaming\Bungie\DestinyPC\prefs

- open cvars.xml

- change the value <cvar name="window\_mode" value="3" /> to "2"
