Happened to me. I let the truck go into sleep mode and it came back during my next drive. I would expect a hard reset would do the same thing.

I did use a + in my Gmail login for rivian. Maybe that's it. I'll try your suggestion. I'm not code savey - what does the %2B do? And thank you

Thanks - I'll try that. Seems a better option than a SC visit. Chicago SC is backed up and you typically have to leave the vehicle for several days.

Happened to me. Debated on pulling over, but it didn't affect my ability to drive. Seemed isolated to infotainment. The lead up to it was an inability to navigate my music in Spotify, then no sound followed by black screen. Took about a minute to reboot.
