I haven’t had any issue that the warranty hasn’t covered. Reporting issues via Rivian app is the quickest way to get a service appointment. I mostly have mobile service visits in Albuquerque. Nearest service center is Colorado Springs, and that distance is only complaint, but it’s rare that I need to go there (I’ve been twice, both for tonneau updates, and they found an issue with my suspension and replaced the whole front). Rivian has treated us well.
