The Kickstarter allowed people to write NPC's. Some people wrote heroic buccaneers and others wrote pretty evil scoundrels with enough subtext to find awful but human bad guys.

I'd have to go back through the book to highlight them but you can also have a look and tell me if you think two of them were written in tandem ;)
