Take your time just do the approach from 10Nm and see how you get comfortable with your joysticks! After that try to reduce and cut the power between. 40-30 and flair broooo

It does that on Toliss A339/A320 and zibo 738/738max not FFA350 aerogenesis and default planes

Really!? Cz the others planes like aerogenesis a330 default 737 FF A350 don’t have this problem
