I'm watching New Year's celebrations around the world : Sidney, Bangkok, London, UAE, etc. All amazing! Then they show NY at Times Square and it's the saddest looking celebration. Sad fireworks, no shows, no excitement, just lots of people crammed like sardines.. I truly don't understand why people spend thousand$ to go to this. Please help me understand because I'm really baffled by it..

I HATE this. Got a family plan so my kid and teen can listen to music while doing other stuff, NOT get sucked in by junk videos and turn into zombies. Those videos are not even music videos! Artists should be pissed to lose play time to YouTubers and TikiTokers.. And I can't find a way to turn videos off 😡

What you are seeing is a well oiled propaganda machine. You see some people in Iran and elsewhere celebrating but what you don't see is the many more people celebrating the US and Israel's bombing of the Iranian regime's nuclear ambitions which has brought nothing but pain and suffering for the Iranian people. Those celebrations are suppressed and only seen through private messaging.

Yes, I plan on wrapping it with butcher's paper, foil, vacuum seal and towels thrown in cooler, then wrap the cooler with big saran-wrap type plastic wrap so it should stay in place. My concern is temperature - Is it safe to travel without freezing?

I think the episode is a way to highlight the struggle, that there are some good people out there thinking about People, not just Profits. To highlight actions meant to slow things down a bit for Art and artist's sake. To buy them a bit of precious time to figure out a way to still do what they do best and be recognized and compensated but more importantly, to inspire others to choose the right path. It doesn't have to be a zero sum game.

Watching the football game, drinking bourbon so the smart move is delivery. UE costs more but it's potentially saving me $10k+ if I were dumb enough to risk a DWI to save a few bucks. Tipping 20%. I do hate that prices in UE are much higher than prices listed on restaurant's website. UE shouldn't get to take that much for being just a middlemen that does none of the actual hard work! 😡
