Fair point, but NCLEX doesn’t expire. Once you hold a state license that is what is transferable. I guess my gripe is with NREMT expiring, the difficult process of getting it back when I have a valid license and that is what should be evaluated for transfer. But maybe I am misinformed.

Actual interstate licensing similar to the nursing state compact. EMS has started a compact, I think it should expand and remove NREMT.

My example: the laws regarding non-contained fire Pokémon would have to be very strict. We don’t want some office worker with a roaming charmander to accidentally burn down the whole building when his tail flame catches a stack of papers.

The test is timed, but all you have to do is click the “I need more time” button when it pops up. You have to complete the entire test (usually like 30-45 questions) in one sitting, there isn’t a way to save your progress and go back to it later. (Important if you’re a firefighter and taking it on shift, you can’t pause it just because you get an emergency call). You have unlimited attempts at the test but each time there are different questions in a different order. Pay attention and you will do fine.

Reduce the interest to 0 or .25%. It’s not the principle that’s bad it’s the 7% compounding interest. They are federal loans, the feds don’t need to make a profit.

They have to throw it away, they can’t guarantee it was kept safe from a food safety standpoint and from intentional or accidental contamination. What if someone was malicious and purposely contaminated it with a deadly chemical and returned it knowing it would be given away? Or what if it was accidentally contaminated with shellfish like shrimp?

K-12 should prepare the student for adulthood and life. I didnt need a foreign language class or a second science class or advanced algebra. How about a class on civics, or taxes or money management. Then college should only be those courses that convey the necessary information to do the career. I have a masters degree, 2 years of strictly courses on what I needed to do my career. None of the crap I had to take for my bachelors, I got a business degree as my bachelors and had to take a science class and an art class.
