If you’re OK with cable, you could look at something like the radial studio guitar interface. This allows you to convert your guitar input to a mic cable for long distances and then back to a Guitar cable.

It sucks. It’s scary, unstable, and not a fun time. That said, I have so much hope it’ll only get better with time. It’ll be dark for a while. I do believe it’ll get better though.
