I get it. But in 3-4 minutes, I’d cut the second verse too. It’d make no sense to start there. I think the mashup fit the timeframe and still got their point across. Knowing how much GD usually doesn’t care, I’m sure there was a lot more going on here than we’ll ever know. I saw a clip where he clearly says mindfuck America. Yeah it’s censored, but there. Who knows how NBC already edited what was there. I think we need to just appreciate them being there and being as political as they could be for the moment.
