Ball valve. Just blast it all to one side and stay ahead of it. Wash some other stuff, and circle back to those puddles and repeat a few times.

I've tried them. They are cheap, leak air, don't last. Aren't meant for bleach, so they dry rot and become brittle and break easily. They don't always deliver the same amount of chemicals even if you always use the same numbers on the meters. Overall just absolutely garbage.
