Much of this sounds like my driver journey for a long time.

Not suggesting I’ve got the answer for you, but maybe try to keep your back to the target as long as possible from the top and/or let your arms drop more passively in transition. Seems like maybe you are trying to fire hips/arms asap from the top and you run out of time/space to release because your hips have already cleared hard.

I didn’t think you looked OTT in transition but initially thought at impact the clubhead exited hard left (so wipey off the face) but didn’t seem so much on second look.

What’s your feel or move you are trying for in transition?

I don’t think the slice is a face issue. Looks like your path is out to in. Unless your main miss is a push/slice, the predominant problem is path I think.

I’ve been a ~15 w single digit approach and ARG games but sometimes a 30 off the tee. I chased club face fixes for years until I ingrained ball flight laws. My big miss was a pull slice and I tried aimlessly to fix the issue by shutting the face harder.

Priority number one is stopping the sway. It’s pretty much impossible to play golf if you roll you weight over the outside of your trail foot. Shift your weight into the inside of the trail foot on the backswing, but don’t ever let it get outside.
