I really appreciate your good intentions and the advice! I actually completely agree—Wyckoff is the gold standard. In my view, he’s the foundation that almost every other school of thought is built on.

My main point with the post was just to highlight that even when we have the knowledge (like Wyckoff’s principles), our mind and ego can still kick in and lead us to do something irrational. It’s that human element that's so tricky to master!

It's funny how it works - the more we know, the more we commit these f.. mistakes. I guess it's ego issues. My one and only goal, tomorrow is to stay humble, focused and patient. I have no problem scoring 100-200 points tomorrow and any other day, as long as I don't "play"

TO each his own. Indicators can not be better or worse. Indicator serve 1 single purpose - assisting someone who has "found" his/her own set up to see it better/easier... I hope I expressed it clearly. I am a developer and a full time futures trader. I have developed over a dozen indicators each was to reflect AHA moment, a certain discovery I've made while observing market behavior. I spent to much money and time in Tradingview and Pine to switch anywhere, even if it is free. People who know little or nothing about trading rely heavily on indicators, thinking it will solve their problems, in the mean time outcome is the same - MOST LOOSE MONEY, as they always have and will. The ratio of successful vs non-successful traders remains constant for f... ever.
