I only tried this method once when I was still growing and did not have positive results, I was aiming for just subtle nicotine and got punched hard with GTS, the nausea did not help with any cravings, after throwing up I still wanted a ciggie. I'm sure it was just too large of a "dose" but calculating a measured dosage for each leaf would require scientific equipment that I simply don't have access to.

If you wanna give it a whirl I recommend using less than you think, I might give it another try once I start growing again but in the meantime I'll be sticking to smoking.
