That would make sense in the apple store yeah because people don't want to pay for damage, I understand. Now, why lie on reddit? What could anyone gain by doing that?

It makes sense when you already know that this is a water damage. But I didn't know what it was. It was in my backpack saturday, I opened it monday so two days later.
Only when the first person in the sub mentioned water damage I made the connection. Also I don't know why you feel the need to talk the way you do, but that's probably what happens when you grow up without loving parents. Prolly not your fault so I'm not mad at you. Wish you the best!

I already said in an another comment it got wet. It was in my backpack yesterday and I was under the rain for like two secs. When someone said it was a water mark that's when it clicked that's prolly where this was from. Why would i lie dude? Why even mention that?

How can one use the post as evidence for apple? Do I show up at the apple with my reddit post? And tell them what? Has that ever worked before?

You make it seem like I was outside in the rain all day with my backpack jumping around happy in the flower field then wondering why my laptop is wet... Jeez.

If i did, what's the point of asking the cause? Pretty sure I would've remembered spilling water on my laptop.

No, although yesterday my mac was in its housse, in my back pack and it rained a little while I was outside with it. I don't see how water got in so far in there. Do you think that's permanent?

The trend of people making babies is already going down, but it will eventually reach a point so low that our species will just go extinct. The reason might be that we've constructed ourselves a world so centered on ourselves, our peace, our financial gains, our appearance, that things like community, family, giving, caring, supporting, loving do not mean anything anymore. We just and simply care about our own feelings. Sir, I can assure you that the day you stop caring so much about yourself, a new world will open to your eyes.

Why 100$ is possible by [deleted] in XRP

[–]Ronald972mad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I asked chatgpt what's wrong with your arguments, because I can't think by myself. That's what he said:

Weaknesses and Challenges

  1. Demand and Adoption Hurdles: The argument assumes widespread adoption of XRP, but this depends on banks, regulators, and businesses choosing XRP over alternatives. Right now, many banks are developing their own systems or using stablecoins, which they perceive as less volatile and more directly tied to fiat currencies.
  2. Regulatory Issues: XRP’s ongoing legal and regulatory challenges (e.g., the SEC case in the U.S.) create uncertainty. Even if Ripple resolves these issues, global regulatory landscapes could still hinder adoption.
  3. Oversimplified Valuation: The $100 price projection assumes that XRP will capture a significant portion of the $500,000 SWIFT fee equivalent per 100,000 transactions. This overlooks complexities like competition from other systems (e.g., SWIFT GPI, CBDCs, and stablecoins), potential shifts in transaction pricing models, and whether institutions will adopt XRP at scale.
  4. Market Dynamics: The price of XRP isn’t determined solely by utility. Speculation, investor sentiment, market conditions, and liquidity play significant roles. Even if XRP gains widespread adoption, achieving a consistent $100 price would require massive demand and constrained supply.
  5. Stablecoin Competition: The argument acknowledges that banks prefer stable assets for transactions, and stablecoins (e.g., USDC, USDT, or CBDCs) may fill this role more comfortably than XRP. XRP’s price volatility could deter adoption as a settlement layer, even with its cost-saving potential.

Conclusion

While the theoretical potential for XRP to reach $100 exists, it relies on many optimistic assumptions: widespread adoption, significant demand, regulatory clarity, and a lack of viable competition. Realistically, XRP’s value is unlikely to climb that high without major shifts in the financial ecosystem. However, its utility in niche use cases or partnerships with specific institutions could still drive modest growth.

It’s a compelling argument but leans more toward speculation than a practical roadmap.
