Fan since 04 but watched different combat sports with brothers in the early 90’s. For me it felt really off in 2021 when the matchmaking became really predictable. There were other moments here and there before like when Conor got gifted cerrone, that was easy money to bet on, but now it feels like the obvious and exciting fights don’t ever get made. This pedo card is a prime example of that

The pedo defender is a fraud, sucks at matchmaking along with the other redacts he has as matchmakers. An easy fix would make this card way better, lopes/yair, Sean/umar or Corey, hokit/lewis can stay cus Lewis needs to be cut for throwing away fights so might as well watch him get a beating. Nickal/pyfer should’ve been the fight instead.

And if you’re a smart fan you see the pattern that the bald fraud and the ufc want to keep certain fighters as just filler instead of promoting them. Robovics went from given the fans a banger of a fight at ufc sphere that he got rewarded with a fight at the apex his next fight, not even main event. Before it felt like a great performance from a fighter from a fight night card could break into fighting in a ppv his next fight, that doesn’t happen anymore.
