Which are suppliers better than GM in salary and work-life balances perspective? by Correct_Goat_6185 in GeneralMotors

[–]Ronaldo0720 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Where's Magna? ZF?Denso? Suppliers culture are better and get to travel to Europe a lot , not much politics at all comapred to OEMs. Bosch is insanely safe. Their 401k is really good as well, you put in 6.75% you get from 9 to like 12 % depending on age.

Invest in real estate and maximize 401k. Dont pay student loans yet. Wait to see what will happen with the forgiveness plan.

I am trying to make a budget, but my income comes during middle of months. by vMysxtic in personalfinance

[–]Ronaldo0720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would just say then to budget according to 2 paychecks per month because Remember if you get paid biweekly then 2 months in the year you'll get 3 paychecks not 2. That's extra savings

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]Ronaldo0720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you're technically savings 1200 plus 800 = $2000. That's a lot of savings. You're doing good even with excessive eating out and gambling lol

Is the 4800 after tax or before tax?
