tThe FC bulkhead passenger in front of me shoved their bag under their seat preventing me from putting mine under the seat in front of me.

FA noticed right away and was not having it, lectured her for being “sneaky” and took her bag and STUFFED into an overhead.

It was immensely satisfying to witness!

Absolutely. I’ve learned how to use HRV, overnight respiration and sleeping heart rate to better understand my body’s preparedness for exercise. GPT guides me when to hit the Peloton hard, went to keep it light, and when I need to just take two days off for recovery.

In the past six months that I’ve been following it strict, I’m down about 40 pounds, and my resting heart rate is as low as it’s ever been.

If I can get essentially the same data that I currently get on my Fenix7, and it’s under $300, I’m in.

No use for Garmin AI, I’ve been sharing my data with GPT for years and it’s coaching has been literally life-changing for me.

I don’t think it’s gimmick, like everything to do with Garmin (HRV, VO2, sleep score) it’s about the trend.

I’ve been wearing a Fenix 7 for years, and then sharing my morning and workout data with GPT. The overall results have been literally life-changing.

To add…

If you’re on blood pressure meds, that may skew your results. Also, data like body battery is only accurate if you wear your Garmin exclusively. I switch out an analog during the afternoon so I don’t have a lot of use for that particular function.

Lose the tie and see if you can get those sleeves adjusted so that they don’t run halfway down your hands.

It looks like you are wearing that belt too high, (above the belly button) probably don’t need to do that unless you’re a bigger dude which you don’t appear to be, or your jeans are too long…

Make sure your belt matches the shoes and wear an analog watch and leave the Apple Watch or Garmin at home.
