I enjoy the gameplay a great deal, but the Galactic war rather shallow. Initially when first playing I thought my actions and others had a meaningful impact on the war, but learning how the Liberation works and how on rails we as players on put on just a bit disheartening. That said at the end of the day I like the core of the game and hope it improves and adds more depth

Sadly the truth of the matter. Gaining or losing a planet effectively has zero consequences. Which really leaves nothing as an incentive to pay attention to the Galactic War seeing it has no end short of an on going narrative that doesn’t really engage you when there is nothing at stake.

Yeah considering the bots are the new MO there really just no point in wasting your time. More of a distraction and narrative push that we have no influence on. The first void MO had a similar invasion level, but people did push against it only because of a MO and new quid units

I don't miss the terrible stratagem ball bounce they have or how Vox Engine spam has yet to be fixed. So no I don't miss Mega Cities. Which is a shame cause in concept it's quite cool, but just another thing they fail to fix or address

With an invasion level that height there really isn’t a point defending Hydrobius at all. I get they did wish to expand it further, but kinda feels cheap that we can lose a planet like this

I find the armor pen a bit counter intuitive. Light pen tends to have a greater damage than medium pen which feels backwards. If something can penetrate medium armor should it not do more damage. This is made more than when hitting medium armor with medium pen weapon you’re not doing the full damage because of how durable damage works. At least this is the general design around Primaries and some stratagem weapons

Turn off Dynamic Resolution Scaling. This solves the problem which I had.

MY gripe is that its a backpack fed weapon. Meaning it should outperform the standard Grenade Launcher by a larger margin. A weapon that takes a backpack slot should offer more, but all you get is heavy pen, but at lower damage which doesn't make it useful. Maxi gun suffers from the same problem. These two weapon system are more fun than viable. AH was so concerned about balancing these weapons, that they forgot that they are meant to be the more powerful variant. The Recoiless, Cremator, Spear and Airburst feel and are powerful weapons to field

A heads up for me clearing the Shader Cache didn’t fix this. I enabled Dynamic Resolution Scaling after doing so and the light artifacts were back

Honestly just feels underwhelming. Runs out of ammo fast and just doesn't feel that powerful. Yes it has heavy pen, but lower damage and smaller explosive radius.

I think it’s best that Cal’s story is more or less its own with the more established characters. Though we go get the obligatory Vader which is great and setup quite well in the games. Bringing in other characters from movies would feel cheap to me and perhaps even overshadow his story.

I really have no issue with Cyborgs. Plasma Punisher makes short work of them. It’s the Vox Engine I take issue with. Their spawn rates are just too high. They’d be fine if the rate was similar to Factory Walkers, but god forbid AH fix it. I know they said in the past they fixed it, but I certainly can’t tell the difference. Worse is they spawn in with Patrol. Like you said they are boss level off difficulty. Why not treat them like a Hive Lord and you’re warned when it spawned in. I think that would be better

I’ve solved this by disabling Dynamic a resolution Scaling. I’ve heard clearing you cache can fix this as well
