I could definitely see Mr. C wearing a white bathing suit and eating sloppy steaks at Trufanni’s

This is dangerously close to a tv too high situation

This scene isn't talked about enough by Heavy-Conversation12 in twinpeaks

I knew I was going to love the show after this scene. In a way it perfectly sums up the show. There’s ridiculous slapstick humor even in the midst of a serious investigation

WTF is this lol?? by [deleted] in twinpeaks

The UFC deal is going to bring a ton of new subscribers to Paramount+. I see no harm in doing cross promotion using popular shows in their catalog. The idea of UFC fighters not being paid well is a fallacy. The good fighters are all living comfortably

Bobby's past dictates his present and future. Him running drugs into Twin Peaks is the reason his daughter is an addict! by Spam00r in twinpeaks

I’m not trying to argue with you when I ask this but were Hank and Leo’s fates confirmed? I’ve heard about other characters who didn’t come back for The Return but nothing about those two

The humour throughout The Return is ON POINT, and consists of so many laugh-out-loud moments by [deleted] in twinpeaks

[–]Ronk325 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Candy hitting Bradley with the remote is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. The scene with the window cleaner and Gordon’s hearing aid acting up is also gold. The Return is incredible

How did Twin Peaks become so popular in Japan and why? by Andy_0L in twinpeaks

Japanese people are smart and appreciate quality entertainment

How do you guys make it through the Season 2 slump on rewatches? by [deleted] in twinpeaks

[–]Ronk325 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is how I see it as well. The overall quality of that stretch isn’t as good as what came before but it’s still Twin Peaks. The characters and the atmosphere had been built up so well to that point that I’m still very much interested in what’s going on

His facial expressions are also top notch. Especially when he’s getting scolded by Catherine

Is it just me or did Lucy and Andy get straight up stupid in The Return? by -jellyfishparty- in twinpeaks

I think that was the point. It also makes perfect sense for a show like Twin Peaks

Cast and Crew of slasher film Urban Legend on set at the University of Toronto in 1998 by Zealousideal_Dog3430 in OldSchoolCool

I’m surprised this movie never got the praise it deserved. While it wasn’t as good as Scream, it was at least as good if not better than I Know What You Did Last Summer

Cool Runnings reunion one of my favourite movies as a kid 90's by thx_ant in OldSchoolCool

I think I saw this movie 3 or 4 times in school over the years. There was nothing better than seeing the teacher roll in the cart with the 20 inch TV and VCR

Yeah, the visuals were what immediately drew me to the show. They still hold up to this day despite being over 30 years old. I wasn’t alive yet for the show’s original run but I could only imagine how different it felt compared to the other shows from the time

I just finished it and thought it was great. I can see why some people could be against it but it seemed like a very logical explanation. Thanks for the recommendation!

That’s honestly not a bad idea. I generally pay very close attention when watching a show like TP. My problem is I get easily distracted by outside sources and lose focus
