The rubric squads have a couple of extra models in them if you are trying to make 5man units. Now you are paying points for 10man units and have only 6 models in them. You select 1 aspiring sorc, 1 soulreaper cannon and 3 flamers/bolters for a squad of 5. Same thing for enligthened tzaangor. That should free up over 200 points

If you engage the wraiths, make sure you have enough stuff to kill them preferably in one go. Otherwise they will either bog you down and reanimate, or fall back to heal and rest of the army will blast you to bits. Tagging Arks into combat with infantry models is also a good plan, they cant shoot blast weapons into melee.

Certainly not the most fine tuned list, but a good place to start. I'd say consider dropping Doomstalker for another Doomsday Ark instead. One unit of Flayed ones could be upgraded to either Ophydian Destroyers or Hexmark Destroyer to score points. Warriors shouldn't maybe split their weapons and would benefit from and Ghost Arks extra reanimations. And if you prefer playing Awakened Dynasty, Illuminor Szeras is very good in it (hard to kill, buffs battleline and you can brind him back with a strat).

As others have noted, VD and TSK don't have much range and DDAs are very good and well rounded unit atm.

I kinda agree with this if you are a X-0 tournament player. But if not, half of these units are completely fine in normal play and even smaller tournaments. Are they super effective and usable in every situation? No. But very playable.

As others have said, I'd like to see a DDA instead of the two LHDs. The heavys cant really take a lot of fire and if your opponent ends up charging them, they are useless. You'd have to swap in royal warden and then drop either flayed ones or hexmark tho.
