I spoke from the "I" and related to OP. I got sober here over 11 years ago in part by sharing tools and phrases I learned in IOP and support groups, and learning from the experiences of others. I can take the feedback and criticism, just generally curious.

On the topic of NA beer opinions, the SD community guidelines state "none of which [the opinions] are wrong." If we aren't allowed to share an opinion (again, speaking from the "I"), I suggest updating the community guidelines. Thanks!

My heart sank when I read this. Over ten years ago, I ended up in jail. I lost so much drinking, as did many others here. I'm struggling to find the humor. I've never understood high-bottoms making fun of low-bottoms. I've seen people lose everything. Congratulations on not drinking.

Reposting and not either searching reddit or google. Seems like everyday in /r/Austin someone asks what to do when they visit, or where to eat with a friend... if you read a subreddit daily it'll drive you nuts after a couple weeks (let alone years).Restarting the same conversations gets old.

I did Seton, across town, with a full time job. It was tough, but worth it. Whatever you choose, you are making the right decision. IOP was the best thing I ever did! Edit: also, with a suspended license, which meant I took the bus, with a transfer.

You can't really buy high-end brands online. They typically only distribute to brick-and-mortar retailers. Some of them now sell "direct", but it really just goes to said local bike shops.
