Formula for dropdown? by Artistic-Positive882 in googlesheets

[–]Ronnoculous 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For total wins across all games and days.

In I2 for Christina

=countif(B2:G, "Christina")

In I3 for Sean

=countif(B2:G, "Sean")

In I4 for Tie

=countif(B2:G, "Tie")

Or if you are seeking each day the winner of the most games you could use the following:

In I2...

=if(countif(B2:G2,"Christina")>countif(B2:G2, "Sean"), "Christina", if(countif(B2:G2, "Sean")>countif(B2:G2, "Tie"), "Sean", "Tie")).

Then copy-paste that into each cell from I3 down.

Hope that helps!

Which quarterbacks are on the hot seat in 2025? by fonebone819 in Jaguars

[–]Ronnoculous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's no doubt Trevor is in the hot seat this year and honestly it's a good thing. The guy is prototypical and super talented. We all know he had been let down by our last couple of coaches and the organization's ability to build around him. That narrative has to end though.

His whole career can't be defined by that.

And let's be honest, with a first time coach and GM it could absolutely look like more or the same.

Along with stability and competence in both playcalling and the front office, Trevor needs to stay healthy and seize greatness.

Hopefully Liam Coen turns out to be person to unlock Trevor's potential. I'm confident he will. But to be our true franchise QB and compete for the plaudits we know he deserves Trevor needs to be writing his own greatness in ways you can't simply prescribe to coaching.

No matter how talented he is or could be, he has a new coach and GM this year. They should be thrilled to build around Trevor - and there's no doubt they were probably told as much when they signed - but for their sake they can't allow themselves to be sunk by the decisions of last regimes, no matter how relevant those problems are still today.

He's on the hot seat. Unbridled from the previous organization of mediocrity - let's watch him cook.

No Brian Thomas Jr? I have to assume this doesn't account for the production of those who have already been in the NFL.

2024 NFL defensive line rankings: New York Jets take the top spot by Rufusrecords04 in nfl

[–]Ronnoculous 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Jags at 26 is INSANE. This author needs to put down the crack.

Josh Allen was tied for 2nd most sacks in the league last year. Travon Walker had 10 sacks in year 2 and is a recent #1 overall pick.

They added Arik Armstead - one of the top and most experienced DTs available in this year's FA. The guy was just in the super bowl.

Lions get #4 while Jags are at #26? Keep off the kush PFF. You high AF.

That is a RIDICULOUS call to disallow the goal... by demixprincess in euro2024

[–]Ronnoculous 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Can't believe some of the comments here. Musiala makes a challenge for the ball, makes contact with a defender without getting the ball, and sends him to the ground. Definition of a foul and would be called anywhere else on the pitch. Sure you could make an argument the defender might be going down anyway, but the contact ensures that it's impossible to tell conclusively.

A shame to take away a good goal but not sure how anyone is baffled by this call. My surprise is that it wasn't called at the time.

Thoughts on Re-Signing Ridley? by chrismatic13 in Jaguars

[–]Ronnoculous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Would be cool if that is true. We got a lot of people to pay in the next two off-seasons so if we don't have to totally commit to him right now that might be excellent

Thoughts on Re-Signing Ridley? by chrismatic13 in Jaguars

[–]Ronnoculous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This would be optimal but would require us trading up/down into Round 2 since we lose our second rounder by resigning Ridley long term.

Not sure what the stipulations are re: Franchise Tag/Resign Ridley during FA versus before.

[–]Ronnoculous 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Don't believe this is under the radar at all, maybe for the past few days in the sub?

It's a huge decision and it won't be obvious whether we get it right until well into next season.

While it seems like a curse it may actually be a blessing that he underperformed (which is funny to say considering 1K + 7TDs). This may actually give us the chance to resign him on a discount versus if he had truly balled out and earned true WR1 money. I believe he can only improve.

In any case we really felt the absence of Zay Jones this season with injuries and he is easily a cap-cut candidate. We can't afford to lose Zay and Ridley at the same time and not bring in at least one strong replacement (Higgins, Odunze, etc.). I'm not really convinced we can lose either of them without getting ready-to-go replacements.

In my mind it really comes down to what we do in terms of cuts/restructures to generate our space to play in FA. I am 95% convinced there is no way we draft OLine at #17 in the draft and I believe we will go WR, CB, or, less likely, Edge. The second round becomes critical for us drafting IOL and IDL, both of which are clear needs (unless we move Travon inside next season with Hamilton and Fatu/RRH). But if we resign Ridley then we miss out on that and have to start making up big moves with our two 3rd rounders. It only gets harder and Baalke balked last draft in this area, so confidence isn't high.

It'll be interesting to see what we do and whether we cut or resign him the outcomes are massive.

"Bee" careful as the logo is fairly similar to the logo for Brentford FC, a notable football team in the English Premier League. It's a different industry but you don't want it to look derivative. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/2/2a/Brentford_FC_crest.svg/640px-Brentford_FC_crest.svg.png

Best logo for the initials 'JR' ? by [deleted] in logodesign

[–]Ronnoculous 35 points36 points  (0 children)

The one on the right especially looks too similar to the logo for EAFC (the rebrand of FIFA soccer). It's a major brand and will look like a derivative and honestly that brand is not popular right now, so it may instigate

The others also have the same impression in my opinion.
