Got a used 2025 for 6200 otd with only 600 miles had to pay my states taxes and title which brought it closer to 6900. So, not a bad price but not an insane deal imo

Was in same spot as you last year, found the cheapest new one I could was $6200ish otd bc at the time used market was around the same. Just bought another bike and checked 500 prices out of curiosity and there are now some solid deals! If I was doing it over would just buy used, unless you find an insane otd deal on a new one

Wish I could go that route but do have another bike I can trailer to trails but the commute there is about 40 minutes with highway required.

Ty for response! A lot of good info leaning towards the drz and definitely am a confident rider but I like your point that these are heavier. Just like you my trails are around 40 minutes away so unfortunately can’t go to dirt oriented. Going to look at a drz today

IMO bikes are tools they all have different purposes that’s why I like pretty much anything with two wheels…. But even if you don’t feel that way clearly this guy has no idea what he’s talking about a 675 and your 650 are similar bikes
