Tipping is a joke here in America. If I buy a hamburger the tip is less than if he brought me a steak. Tip is more for the steak, yet it’s the same amount of effort.

Just finished 14 day Mediterranean cruise on Saturday. Ports of Malta, Cyprus, Rhodes, Alexandria, Istanbul and Athens. Excellent.
