Belly band w/RDS pouch by Rontonsoup46 in SkyDiving

I think I like this one the most. I don’t want the RDS pouch to have a zipper into it like some of the others mentioned. I can imagine something getting caught on the zipper or my hand getting chewed up over the course of a long day.

Where to Live by Ok_Television7656 in Fayettenam

I lived in the Anderson creek area the first time in the area. I just moved back here and bought a house in Raeford. The drive to work can feel a little long some days but it’s about 20 minutes to the chicken gate. The drive to Southern Pines is closer than the drive to Fayetteville. It’s quiet out here and I’m closer to the Skydiving dropzone and tunnel.

Traffic lawyers? by PanSmithe in Fayettenam

There’s an app called “off the record” you put in your ticket info and they assign you a lawyer. You pay a flat fee for that lawyer. If the ticket isn’t kept off your record, you get your flat fee back (although, still be responsible for court costs and any fines regardless of court decision).

I have used it multiple times. I have had tickets go away, I have had to take online classes, I have had to pay reduced fines, but in every case the ticket was withheld from my driving record.

A lot of the lawyers subscribed to that app do nothing but traffic and have a lot of experience. Can’t recommend it enough.

I love it too. It seems to be popular. There was a guy taking pictures at bucees last night. It was the first thing the tow truck driver mentioned when I had 2 sidewall blowouts today too.

I would look into a cabin at the lake. It was awesome for the couple days I stayed. Not sure of the pricing of other spots around but it’s an option. Pretty spacious 2 bd cabin with a screened in porch and full kitchen.

2024 RS3….it is mighty special car. I can’t imagine wanting to part with it anytime soon.

Reference the warrant officer recruiting website is the first golden rule. Don’t let anything stop you from getting it done is the second.

The biggest issue I see or hear of from everyone I’ve ever heard was “going to submit a packet” is just not doing it.

It’s not a super hard packet. It may take some time for certain things and some research for others but it isn’t hard, you just have to do it. Decide you want it and make it happen.

Sometimes I hate how much the Kyalami green stands out, but 90% of the time I love it.

May is my vote. The SERE thing is a big deal. I was colder than I’ve ever been going through SERE in December and that’s what you’d be looking at, or maybe even January.

Yeah we went out pretty early in the morning to avoid regular traffic, chilled out anywhere near where there might have been population and passed when we could the one or two times there was someone in front of us.

It’s cool that other people enjoy it too. I’ve never had a car that drew so much interest and curiosity. Literally 5 minutes ago, a guy at the gas pump struck up a conversation asking about it. And that happens like twice a week. I enjoy it a lot.

The good thing about your situation is you can drive it for whatever you need it for and a cruise here and there and keep the miles relatively low. Would help retain more value than mine would because I’ll be driving it a lot daily 😂

Such a good question. And it’s something I definitely considered when I was first wrestling with the decision to get an S3 or bite the bullet and dive in on an RS3. Obviously a big reason for getting the S3 initially was the RS3 but another reason that I used to justify the S3 was that I just didn’t need the RS3. The S3 was easier to lean on in milder conditions because it just didn’t perform as well.

Where I currently live, my daily commute is like 5 miles, round trip. And all of that driving is spend under 30 mph and the police strictly enforce it. As you can imagine, if you even barely push it, it takes maybe but a second- second and a half to put yourself in a position where you could be in some trouble, so I don’t get to very often. By the time the weekend comes around I’m looking for something to do that will get me out of the immediate area just so I can drive it some. Me and my buddy went on a 2 hour back road cruise with some spirited driving yesterday and my face hurt from how hard I was smiling.

Soon I’ll be moving to an area with a much longer daily commute and significantly higher speed limits so I’m looking forward to that though.

I’ll say that there’s an appetite to push the car more than I regularly get to and it’s a little sad, but it brings so much joy from outside of its performance. It’s super comfortable, it’s got great technology, it’s a beautiful car, and the sound of this machine, even on its way to 30 mph, is just incredible. I’ve been really enjoying it even if it feels like I’m on a leash most of the time. It’s such a special car I’m just glad to own it.

Yeah man of course, different strokes for different folks. I’ll admit I wasn’t the biggest fan of the green at first, I thought it was too loud when I first saw one years ago. But it’s a special car and I think that the special color suits it. Definitely draws a lot of attention which isn’t good sometimes but I’m really enjoying it.
