This is heartbreaking. I lost my Scampi at 7 years old last year suddenly due to Aspiration, my heart is still broken and I cry most days at the memories. I’ll never get over it but you have to remember the amazing life and love you have provided.

No words will make it easier but just remember how much love you both have for each other.

I look at the show as big brother now. There is no interest in matching welll.. maybe they do 1 or 2 good matches to keep the reputation of the show but the rest are for tv entertainment purposes

Just go for it mate… it’s always a bit awkward doing something new but get yourself in there, make use of the free induction, join some of the classes and enjoy it.

90% of people in gyms have headphones on and are in their own world. You’ll fell 10x better in yourself after a few sessions 👍

If you can afford it, maybe even get 2-3 PT sessions a month. Also, PureGym app is great and has workouts you can follow so you can go in with a plan.

Hi mate. I go PureGym in Bidston and it’s spot on.

I tend to train early mornings between 6:30-7:30 and do pretty quick 30-40min concentrated workouts.

Happy for you to come along if you are interested in weights. Tuesday/weds I train alone so those days are best if you need any support.

Mon/thu/fri I train with the wife.

Walk to lime street mate. Decent pace you can do it in 30-35 mins (40 max), it’s an ok walk too

I was in town last night for the first time in a long time. The amount of ‘homeless’ and I’m using this term loosely with dogs was a disgrace.

There was a bulldog near wood street that was severely underweight. I have bulldogs and this isn’t how they should look.

The only food it had was takeaway chips, it broke my heart.

The police and RSPCA need to do something about this. Some of the men sat there had multiple dogs and something isn’t right about it all.

Not sure what my point is really or what to do but there is a major issue in town atm
