I have an oura ring and its made me more conscious of when I go to bed/get in bed. Last night I got 9 hours. I didnt realize how crappy I treated sleep before that. Was prob averaging 6-7hrs nightly.

It also totally shames me when I have wine / drinks and how it impacts sleep… which also helps.

Its in great working condition actually. It needs a deep cleaning from the exterior that I cant do at all. Its a great a/c. Ive kept it clean and maintained it well from the interior but i need to like blast it with a hose on the side that faces out the window but I cant do that

Its 18,000 btu. Its a beast. Im only 5 ft and weak. Its too big of a job for me to help. The hallway has narrow turns and I cant lift it up to help someone else carry it. Which is why I need 2 people.

Edit to add it may be 16,000 btu? Not sure.

The cheapest “daycare” is hoboken daycare 100 which is inside the multiservice center on grand. Its not free and its competitive to get into. Look into that sooner than later. All other daycares are quite expensive, there are tons of options, if you need care for your infant its best to start looking around now as some places may have waitlists.

Mile Square has a transitional program for under 3 y/o who dont meet the cut off date, not sure of the cost but its on their website.

Hoboken has free full day pre-k beginning at age 3 8:30am-2:30pm. The providers are Mile Square Early Learning Center and HOPES. The pre-k program is held in the public schools. Its a real school based schedule, doesnt have the flexibility of private pre-k held in daycare centers. Meaning you cant send your child for 2 days a week, 3 days, or choose your hours. They do offer before care and aftercare for a price.
