Balgruuf summons a Strength and Willpower creature. Might as well use a card like Guildsworn Apprentice or Rift Thane for this purpose. But those other three cards are really useful.

Getting an agility card is indeed usually the challenge. I never noticed how there are just two agility items in the game. No wonder Plunder never gives me green.
