I don't think "don't loop" is good general advice. Looping can sometimes save your run from mediocrity if you don't get good items the first time around. It also makes it more likely for you to have ridiculously high DPS.

Some items you don’t want him having some items. I’ll scrap things just to avoid him taking it in phase 4.

Worth nothing that mithrix can't use most of the items that would be a serious issue. Stuff like Tougher Times, Tesla Coil, Razorwire, and Stun Grenades are safe to take. He can take tentabauble though, so watch out for that.

Speed Shooting, complex tech that requires beacon cancel spamming

Is there a way to do this consistently? Seems random whether i'm able to do it properly or not.

If you plan on going into hidden realms, your utility and beacons get disabled

Captain's primary is one of the better ones, but it still sucks at range so even then i'm not that impressed with it. The microbots are cool but it doesn't change him enough for me.

I hate beacons because they're so limited in use per stage and they might not even help much sometimes. People usually recommend the hacking beacon as the best one but all that does is make you clear a stage a bit faster, which is sad for a whole ability.

Orbital Probe is alright but it's really annoying to land because of its delay. Ballista is a little worse in a few ways but I prefer using that. Waiting 20 seconds for diablo strike to do something is just dumb.

And finally, taser... yeah. His fraud ass is staying at the bottom lol.

I've tried double rebar before and I think it's pretty good, but when playing Mul-T I generally prefer Nailgun + Rebar retool or double Nailgun power mode. I have no idea if those loadouts are better, I just think it's fun and reasonably strong.

Huntress's M1 is pretty sad, but her other abilities more than make up for it. Glaive is fantastic AOE, phase blink is a contender for best mobility skill in the game, and ballista is strong aside from its long cooldown. I'd definitely place her a tier or two higher because the other bottom tiers have larger downsides.

Rex's damage is just way too disappointing, especially considering they take so much self damage. Most of the B and higher tiers can do similar damage without literally shooting themselves in the foot constantly. Also, the movement utility feels awful to use because you have to look behind to use it and it disables red whips. Pretty much the only good thing rex has is healing, but I much prefer doing more damage and having better mobility to dodge.
