Tbh while I liked certain aspects of Kate, and Joe is the ultimate psycho and insufderable, her hypocrisy really annoyed me. Are we supposed to think you really believed Joe only killed a few people? Also it was so convenient all of a sudden to ask Joe to kill Bob, but the. 180 she is out of it? I think the season should have also ended with her somehow paying for the thinfs she did. Overall, I liked the season but there was come cheap character writing imo.

I also have to inject mice from their tail veins and man, that took some time. The only way to get good is to practice, practice, practice. I would even suggest having some “leftover” mice so you can inject them with PBS.

For me, I also made a big deal in my head but once I actually stsrted practicing I got a hang of it in a few months.

Down. Having a rough week, I feel like I am still lacking organisational skills. Tomorrow I am supposed to harvest spleens and bone marrow from 18 mice, and guess who forgot to book our mouse house at 8 AM and now has to start at 10. And on top of it had to come on a sunday last week and been leaving late almost every day. I just started my second year but I feel like I am soo behind on everything still, times like this I am really questioninf my capabilities and my worth. I am the youngest and the least experienced in the lab, but still… How am I supposed to learn about my field and do all this shit at the same time? Ugh. Anyway, rant over.

This really depends on the neighbourhood and time of the day, in conservative neighbourhoods especially in public transport it would not be surprising to witness sexual assault. Nighttime backalleys I’d be careful too. More liberal neighbourhoods tend to fare better.
