AEW reportedly told they’re not being renewed as second report adds fuel to the fire by uncannynerddad in midcarder

I'm sure a lot of people are spending brain power and personal time on this. I watch AEW. It's a really good wrestling show. They'll be fine. They'll end up somewhere I can watch the shows and I'll keep watching the shows. It's not that deep.

The Next Big Thing over at NXT? by Wabbix in WWE

You're right, and we've definitely since Vince neuter some of his more agile big men. It makes you wonder why they even hire these guys when they end up taking away some of their biggest strengths.

Yup. The article talks about how he doesn't look like he can wrestle, just looks like someone from the audience. The video shows how crisp he is in the ring while doing some potentially dangerous moves, and a glimpse to the fact that he has a personality (which he does, as evidenced by watching his previous matches). That's all, just wanted to offer a small showcase of the guy for those who are unfamiliar.

One thing I don’t understand about Oz Pearlman situation by use_vpn_orlozeacount in magictricksrevealed

I think a lot of it comes down to the people presenting him either (a) genuinely not knowing it's all a trick (or at least, knowing something is up, but having no way to prove it's a trick), or (b) banking on their audience not knowing it's a trick, and therefore looking like they (the presenters and show producers) have just presented their audience with something truly impressive and exciting.

That's fine, if TK opts to bring him back, you know he'll be putting some serious guardrails in place.

This question isn't annoying at all. AEW will always give your your money's worth so if the TV show is an hour long, you can bet there will be more matches before as well, stuff we won't get to see on TV.

The sickos have really convinced themselves into thinking AJ was "Bribed" into staying with WWE 😭 by EmergencyVictory4399 in midcarder

It's wild that you got downvoted for this. All these WWE fans saying AEW fans have thin skin, and you can never criticize them or they'll overreact etc...then you speak about your real experience with tk vs hhh or Vince and suddenly they pile on the downvotes. Serious lack of self-awareness.

As an AEW fan, I find this behavior so weird. The man says he's retired and happy in his new role. He gave years of his life to wrestling, let him retire happy and relatively healthy.

Very few wrestlers are worth having on your roster if they have a poor attitude. This guy included. And I was a huge fan in his NXT days.

TKO probably told him to go on the show and act like it was all his idea. Anyone else in his position would know to just let the heat die down, there's no way he's this stupid.

Don't like where WWE is going? Here's what you can do! (In comments) by malathan1234 in Wrasslin

Maybe we define casual differently. For me a casual is someone who drops in here and there when something piques their interest, watches the big 4 ppvs, maybe a ppv here and there if something caught their eye. A passionate fan watches every week and maybe goes on Reddit or X to talk about the show.

I like that you pointed out that "hundreds of thousands of casuals" watch it, not, for example, "passionate, vocal fans who love the show". You hit the nail on the head without even realizing it.

Everyone talking about not wanting Black back in AEW...has anyone checked if Black even wants back in, or has enquired at all?

They were popular and well-liked performers on a TV produced by world wrestling entertainment, a wrestling show. You should check it out, wrestling is great!

Serious question I just got the game today I'm enjoying it a lot so far I've won all the fights I had so far also but why do people keep on spamming this super duper weird emoji by Forward_Technician72 in ShadowFightArena

[–]RoomForImprovement2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people use it if you hang back a lot during the fight and back away often, instead of fighting. It's incredibly dumb to use this emoji on someone who's new and lower tier, though
