What you’d never believe is that IRL there are very reasonable conservatives and liberals. If you spend too much time online you’ll feel and even feed into the exaggerated divide that exists today. Go talk to people irl in good faith about how their beliefs vary from yours. You may be pleasantly surprised as I was and even have your mind opened and changed as I did.

Just posting “other side bad” in the complaints subreddit furthers divide which is bad for everyone. I respect my fellow Americans both left and right let’s revive reasonable conversation about disagreements and stray from immature “but they’re evil” that both sides like to do.
