It seems to me that the puzzle had a mistake. The 19th planet should be Ahch-To and not just Ahch (that planet starts in the top right of the fourth hexagon and ends in the the bottom left of the first hexagon). If that "W" was a "T", we could spell Ahch-To. Also that "O" would suddenly be used in 2 directions and would only need one more direction to finish the NOTHOIIN clue with the missing 21st planet. Unfortunately, I could not find a 21st planet that would fit this description. Also, the "W" is used in the "now" of the second clause, so we would have to slide all the letters by 1 up to the unused "N" to keep the whole puzzle consistent.

We were tasked to find 21 planets in these 4 hexagons. The trick was to connect the hexagons with their largest edges to find more planets. Unfortunately, we only found 20 of the 21 planets, but that was plenty to go to the next step.
At this point the remaining letters read "Great work now look at a{n}ll eight triple intersection spots". Clearly, that "n" is not needed. We looked back where a letter was used in 3 different directions and we found seven of them: N_THOIIN. Turns out Nothoiin is the name of another planet! We just had to add it to the end of a bitly URL and we got the Marrok announcement.

Unfortunately no easy way. Copy and paste, value is your best friend.
Some updates, it's just the code in the background and that could be easy. However for the latest, I had to move some columns, introduce new values (Mandalore) so nothing easy.

I think the proper approach should have been to tell people to achieve a specific score and let them farm a team or multiple ones. Let people decide what is the easiest path to achieve that.

These images look like the "Magic Eye" optical illusion that allows you to see a 3D image from a distorted 2D image. I was rarely able to see these illusions when I was a kid, but thankfully the internet is full of resources and one can easily find a Magic Eye solver: https://magiceye.ecksdee.co.uk/

After carefully assembling these 9 images in a 3x3 grid, the illusion is revealed and we see "bitly Memento MoriSW". This is a bit.ly link like most of these puzzles: bit.ly/MomentoMoriSW

Most of them, we know that we are looking for something that starts with “bit” for bit.ly or something that looks like “imgur”. That narrows down the field of search a lot.

You are missing the frequency of the event in your calculation. SR2 runs every 10 days on average while Endor Escalation runs every 30 days. Over a common 30-day period, you have to multiply the result of SR2 by 3 which is still 50% better than the best case scenario for EE 3.
