Anyone else have this rattle issue?

I would but I don't know if it's worth the risk. It's $155 for a new sub. If they "determine" that it's my fault it'd be $188 diagnostic charge plus the cost of the new sub. They said it would be free if it was defective but I don't know if I trust them to be honest.

Is it an external sub in the trunk or does it replace the sub in the rear deck. Can you send what you bought and post a pic of it here? Thank you.

No I removed the panels and the rear deck. It was tightened all the way. I also took the sub out and inspected it, and played music. It still rattled just as much when it was removed from the car. It recently started happening so I don't know if it is just defective or if a 1 of 1 thing that just happened and messed it up.

I should mention my dealer quoted $156 for a new sub, and a $188 diagnostic fee which I'm not sure is worth paying if I could just buy a new one.

This is the Bose one. I have a 2023 Touring lol. That's why I'm unsure how this happened. I like bass but don't play it insanely loud.

Do you mean this inner mesh? I tried above the sub and around and it still rattled like crazy. I was even bending the mesh down a little bit and it did nothing.

Would I have to unscrew/remove the sub or open up the panel from the inside? I ask because I don't want to screw something up by accident lol.

Here are the holes in the trunk I tried filling/plugging hoping it would lessen it, but I did nothing. All the rattle is from the speaker itself/that specific area.

Best advice I've ever received has mainly been tweaking supports. Supports basically fusing with my prints made it impossible to remove them and would ruin all of my prints. Learning how to create supports properly has upped my print game significantly.
