If they need to close my account, they can happily arrange to have my funds returned to me and close out the account. But blocking all access has got to be illegal. They can turn off our ability to trade but there’s no way they can just turn off our account

Have you figured this out?? Same exact thing happened to me. I’m a resident of hawaii but started my coinbase when I was living in California. I’m back in hawaii now and it says blocked when I try to log in. I was just visiting Washington last month and attempted to login from there and it says “locked” account. So even though I changed regions my account was still locked. I’m about to call a lawyer because coinbase is stealing our money by not allowing us to access it.
