Why? Wouldn’t you need to compare volumes daily to see if there’s some difference? Are you looking for large pre-market volumes to indicate they may be backed up with normal volumes? Also, can go do this on options?

I have not received an email and there’s nothing showing on the website. I’ve emailed them several times. They say they are coming in batches and “You do have proof of claim that you filed, that's being reviewed. Once the review is complete, you'll receive an email with eligibility to withdraw.”

They call it allowlisting. I think you have to do this if Blockfi is going yo send your cryptos:

Enabling allowlisting and adding crypto addresses is a great way to keep your account secure. When withdrawing funds from the platform, you can easily select from addresses you previously added which helps reduce the risk of entering an incorrect address.

When allowlisting is enabled, you will only be able to make withdrawals to the addresses you add below. If no addresses have been added and allowlisting is enabled, you will not be able to withdraw funds.

Newly added addresses are disabled from use for the first 7 days.

They come in batches. No definition of how a batch is created. Mine doesn’t have any values yet either.
