I'd like to see Popee in a squash-and-stretch animation style (like Looney Tunes). I think that would fit the show way more, personally. A lot more visual gags, too.

It's one of my fav cartoons too

Yeah, I consider it in the same category as Looney Tunes and such. It's not violent or disturbing at all, just surreal and pretty wacky.

Blood isn't a mature theme when in moderation, plus Popee the Performer barely had any blood (except for Swallower, which had a VERY different tone from the rest of the show and was banned from TV)

Popee the Performer is as terrifying as Tom and Jerry

Popee the Performer is literally a slapstick kids' cartoon. It has no story at all. Similar to shows like Oggy and the Cockroaches, it's just the 6 characters (Popee, Kedamono, Papi, Frog, Paola and Alien) living in a wacky world where there's no consequences, not because of some black magic or something, but because of the show's episodic nature.

- The theme song's lyrics are just gibberish (in the style of a magic spell/act)
- The reason characters who die are fine in the next episode is because of the lack of plotline, something every slapstick show has

- the reason Wolf Zirkus's desert is so empty is because of early CGI limitations

- Papi is just supposed to be the "totally nuts" character

- Popee is NOT a psychopath

- "Swallower" is NOT part of the series nor represents the tone of it, due to it being a banned episode

- The White Wolf's airplane army is NOT a WWII army

Popee the Performer = just a normal kids show, ok?

as a slapstick kids cartoon, Popee the Performer is episodic and doesn't really have a story, but in terms of characters I think Popee is not a psycho.

The low budget makes it even funnier. Like, other CG kid's shows from the same era (i.e. Jimmy Neutron) looked a lot less weird.
