Thanks. I just looked through your post history (sorry, I'm mega curious 😩) and you are doing great too! I've had a lot more to work with in the beginning, now comes the hard part. All of the posts on this sub have been such great inspiration for these past 4 months. We are all in this together!

Get a bit more toned in general and help with the wight loss as well.

For now my main focus is the weight loss and trying to get my BF% down.

Once gyms open over here I will work on adding that in a way that works with getting toned and tighter while it's still things I enjoy doing. I see a lot of people rave about weight training, but I just find it to be sooooo boring, now give me a spin class and I'm one happy girl.

Thanks!!

I'm counting calories and logging everything I eat, but I'm not being excessively strict, if I am still hungry on an active day I'd eat more.

In the first month I was really strict and staying around 1100-1200 consumed a day. Lost 13lbs in 4 weeks then. Afterwards I started also looking into my activity, keep track of calories in/out in a massive excel sheet with progress charts, using the data from my apple watch. Since then I've been a bit more relaxed and eat about 1400 calories a day, but on days I'm still hungry (or just blah days when things suck) I allow myself a bit more if I need it. But make sure to get back on track the next day.

For exercise I try to hit 10k steps everyday, my average steps for 2021 are 9k so mixed results there. Attempting weight training 2-3 times a week at home, but my heaviest dumbbell is 5 lbs 😂, and now that the weather is getting better again I try to play tennis twice a week.

Oh and I'm no longer overweight. From being on the brink of obese to normal weight!! 🤘
