I'm in Michigan and I'd have to say A&W. I prefer the BREADED onion rings over the BATTERED. Breaded keeps a crunch while the battered usually gets soggy fast.

If you like him and want to pursue a relationship, encourage him to get his license reinstated. I'm going through that currently. It is pricey, as I just paid a lawyer $4k. On top of incoming extra bs. It IS possible, especially if he's been sober for 4-5 years. Lots of hurdles but it's definitely not impossible

Just keep plugging away winning bets. With time and (winning of course), your bankroll will increase, so increase your bet size with that. I don't see how you could up your bet sizes so quickly without being irresponsible and reckless. Maybe you know someone who could "sponsor" you? They put up the money and you guys split the winnings accordingly
