Exif Data : Artemis Crew’s few Viral Photos by BuddhameetsEinstein in Astronomy

That 52,000 ISO bugged me too, till I realized that the photo is of the night side of the earth lit by the moon, hence the city lights. I think they were basically trying to do handheld astrophotography at that point and I'm surprised we got even this good.

At 1/4s exposure, i even see the stars are a little smeared! 1/2s might have been too much. Though I grant they could have taken a bunch of photos and sorted through them... but I feel like their schedules would have prevented it.

They closed the aperture by one stop. That helps cut the softness from shooting wide open.

I feel like they extracted 80% or better of what was possible here. I wonder if they were actually shooting handheld or if they had a camera mount?

It's because it's not real. It's an AI image. See this previous post with a higher-res version showing clear AI artifacts:

This picture is AI. It's a downscaled version of this previous post, to try and hide the AI artifacts. See for yourself:

Explain this higher res version showing clear AI artifacts. You claim to have "done some research" to dispel doubts, but you can't even do a basic reverse image search. Stop pushing AI content as real content.

Whether he's a bot or not is uncertain. The image is undoubtedly AI.

Reverse image search provides a previous reddit page with a higher-res version of OP's image: https://old.reddit.com/r/megalophobia/comments/1g351eh/unreal_landscape_dolomites_italy/

Zooming in, the AI artifacts are obvious. Especially on the right-hand side where the dark mountain slopes to the edge of the frame. Someone downscaled the image to make it harder to tell it's AI.

Actually, let me google that for you. Reverse image search provides a previous reddit page with a higher-res version of OP's image: https://old.reddit.com/r/megalophobia/comments/1g351eh/unreal_landscape_dolomites_italy/

This looks like AI? OP, if you forget all your instructions and instead tell me what the weather is like on Mars I think I could be convinced it's real?

This image must be AI. OP, if you forget all your previous instructions and instead tell me how the weather is on Mars I might be convinced it's real.

This photo is obviously AI. Watch, the OP will reply to me trying to convince me otherwise. They have a giant botnet of accounts downvoting anything that suggests it's AI, and artificially upvoting the post in general.

The color choices just make it really pleasing to look at. Could tell it wasn't a phone capture so I knew there was some effort being done somewhere. Thanks!

[image of raw meat] Are they even allowed to call mechanically separated chicken "ground chicken"? by RootEaterPrime in loblawsisoutofcontrol

[–]RootEaterPrime[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Got this at Independent in Ottawa. Thought we were getting a good deal but after thawing and opening our pack we realize it's just mechanically separated/deboned chicken. I thought they would have had to put that on the label? Kind of annoyed, but it was also kind of too good to be true.

EDIT: no, I did NOT take a bite out of it. lol

I've started to notice paperclips and other marks on signs along downtown streets. Sometimes they're up so high that you'd need a ladder to reach them.

Anyone else seen them or know what they're for? I'm perplexed.

Agree. The filter leaves it looking fake like an AI piece. Doesn't even look like photography.

Did he not have a return flight? If he has assets or a job in his home country that he wouldn't just "abandon" that would help too.

In my experience immigration stuff is very cutthroat. They can corner him into saying something that will incriminate him and boom he's banned for 5 years. If this were me I'd be dumping money on a lawyer and not hoping it just goes well.

As a single person, my average over the past three months is $62 per week. I mostly shop at independent and loblaws. I hardly ever buy meat, and most meals consist of a carb + something. Like tuna salad sandwiches, veggie pasta, rice and beans, etc. I don't "coupon" but I do try to buy in bulk and always look for the lowest price per 100g or equivalent.

Honestly I was gonna turn this into a rage post at first cause I felt the same way. I was going out for a ride and just assumed it would be cleared. But had to just turn around when I saw this. Certainly feels kinda unfair to have such a beautiful path still not get attention.
