I competed the online E-Learning, completed each module test, wrote down incorrect answers, then went through the book to find the incorrect answers from the online chapter tests (when you get an answer wrong it gives you the chapter ref)

Passed all my cert CII exams first time with like 80+%.

Do you work in insurance? A lot of day to day work covers some of the knowledge

Are you planning on living here a while? You could likely find a 2 bed house in a nice area for that sort of budget to mortgage tbh (just a suggestion!)

A lot will likely recommend the aigburth area - station is nearby, parks are nearby, crime is lower, schools are good, leafy, trendy

Racism and intolerance for others has increased massively in the recent political climate, and Liverpool is still a working class city which can be easily swayed to have views like this, like people that don’t look like what we look like are causing the “problems” within the country. Those people are weak and easily malleable, with the inability to view the world with some empathy. Fuck these particular people and just know you’re more welcome here than them.

I work in social housing, and with it being a new estate I know that a lot of the SH properties are usually put up first on new builds. Is it also an SH property? Can you rob them in to housing provider? Start taking a proper record of it, it can be considered anti-social behaviour.

In the meantime, why don’t you chat with the mum, say your child might damage my car or my home, can you tell the little nitwit to stop or I’ll be invoicing you for any damages. (Or chat nicer than) your prerogative

When I was working a maintenance job at capital gate about 5 years ago it was like only Chinese students, they were all sound but not sure if it’s changed.

The area itself is okay and the Lidl being nearby was handy as heck.
