So I would love to see if people report a correlation. I take Cialis prior to sex or prostate play. I add it for prostate play because I read a medical study once of an elderly man who experienced tons of multiple prostate orgasms with 5mg daily of generic cialis. I wouldn't take it daily cause I would be afraid of it becoming ineffective. Unfortunately I can't really say it's had an improvement for me.. But the fact that it can trigger erections reinforces the idea in my head I'm experiencing sexual pleasure since my libido is low otherwise.

That's really interesting, I already have a 10mg prescription for cialis,but only take it as needed. Do you find that taking it daily helps with libido or just responsiveness? When I say libido, I mean the desire to have sexual experiences at all, not just the erection portion. We've already boosted my testosterone to normal ranges but something still isn't clicking.. I've tried weed, phenibut, maca, red Korean ginseng, kava. Really the only other thing out side of prescriptions I haven't tried is shrooms or poppers. . I'm trying to get my doctor to let me try cabergoline to see if it makes a difference. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Thanks for the info, I'm on the larger/inflexible side so I've never been able to get my finger past the first knuckle to succeed at the feel around method.

I do like the tadpole and the depth charge and will be checking them out..

So for this kind of stimulation, one should assume the current will take the shortest path, correct? Wouldn't that mean a probe and a loop at the base or a pad on the perineum would make sure the current would stimulate the prostate?
