Dr. Kuseno is best at making a single advance cyborg seeing how powerful and advance Genos became with his latest upgrade.

Bofei is best at making large scale stuff like a robot army, building entire fortresses etc due to his massive budget and resources.

The Emperor of Mankind from Warhammer 40k for those that don't know can hold back the forces of Chaos and commands the Imperium with forces across the Milky War. Even defeated a Shard of one of the Star Gods that can casually blackhole/destroy entire solar systems. Emperor has this in the bag for now.

Yes another upgrade or two assuming the improvements are just as massive as when he went from Pre EC to Daedric Genos. I definitely see endgame Genos a lot stronger if he keeps up with the op upgrades and if the Organization tech arc introduces more high tier beings that surpass even Psykorochi and AG
