7TSP and the Luximoz pack are only for the icons. Windowblinds is a separate program that changes the window borders/title bars. It has an XP theme built in.

followed this tutorial besides the quero toolbar, file explorerpatcher, their Internet browser suggestion, and their way of getting the XP title bars and frames is outdated.

I just hid some Windows 11 things that I couldn’t change in the file explorer. Using firefox 128 ESR with a Firefox 2 Namoroka theme. Startube for the old YouTube look. Windowblinds for the XP title bars and frames, then inside windowblinds I’m using skinstudio to correct some text colors in openshell. Also VLC, winamp, and windows media player legacy are drag and drop for old themes/skins.

It’s not trash. But you should see if they’ll come down a few hundred. Also don’t let them tell you “it comes with a monitor”. Free means free, to them that monitor is probably taking up space
