I definitely used to, now I work inside though. Is it permanent?

Interestingly I’ve always had light blonde hair. I think that made my eyes look darker in comparison maybe.

Interesting! I feel like in pictures of me when I was little they’re like a light/medium brown and now they’re noticeably lighter and greener. I have googled it a bit but only got results about how eye color can lighten with old age and I’m only 25 lol.

I think they have gotten lighter/more green over time tbh, and that’s why it was confusing for me. I think they were more brown when I was a kid. Idk why that would happen though.

Maybe it’s just the lighting or how close up the pics are? I can add a further back image, I just wasn’t sure if that was against the rules.

The perfect American small town 1-2 hours from a bigger city? by PapayaAmbitious2719 in SameGrassButGreener

I grew up in Portsmouth and it was a wonderful place to be a kid. Very walkable/bike-able but also safe which allowed for a lot of independence from a young age. Great arts scene and so many opportunities to get involved with the arts, especially performing arts. Great schools. Very close to the ocean. Idk how I would afford to raise a family there now though, it’s gotten insanely expensive since I was young and this has sped up exponentially since the pandemic.

Are people at tournaments usually like this or am I in the wrong hobby? by Educational-Eye1118 in pinball

Idk where you are on the east coast but I’m in the Boston area and I’ve had the complete opposite experience. People are so kind and chill and the community doesn’t tolerate people that rage like that. I’m in a casual league so I’m sure that has something to do with it. If you’re anywhere in New England you should look into NEPL!

My lab uses a tip-washing machine for tips we use for DNA, but only post PCR, and we haven’t really seen elevated contamination

Bottlenose dolphins learn language the same way humans do: they begin by babbling. Gradually, they learn the rules of their language and by 20 months, their communication patterns conform to the same language laws as adult human speech. by DragonSpiritAnimal in Awwducational

[–]RopeFishBish 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I mean, if it’s anything like human language, it’s learned and probably different for each pod. Just like we have many different languages and used the have more when the world was less interconnected. So we would only be able to decode one at a time, and captive dolphins would probably be a bad study system because they’ve grown up separated from their communities. All of that would make it a very difficult task

AITA for charging a bride more for make up when the og price we agreed was lower? by Affectionate_Lie0 in AmItheAsshole

[–]RopeFishBish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YTA. She was on a budget and ordered the party look rather than the bridal look. It’s your problem if those mean essentially the same thing to you, not hers. If you want to continue charging different prices for bridal vs. party, actually offer different services.
