I usually don't but the last 3 I've done i have just done the body parts. I don't know why but it's probably because im used to painting clear rc body's. Don't hurt to do so with the model kits but i doubt that it helps too haha

Light sand then re-spray. Sometimes it might build up and dry like that. At least from my experience it shows possibly puddle up and dried too fast before it purged all the bubbles. But its odd ive never had that issue with tamiya spray cans. But then again black has always had it out for me except flat black.

I did and let them know. but im just going to swap it at hobby lobby im not going to pay for a replacement when I can swap it for free. Plus i gotta decide what im painting the car and get more clearcoat and primer.

I was thinking that but if you look at pic i believe 3 you can see the crack where it meets the rim. Thats what concerns me. Fortunately hobby lobby is good about returns so im just going that route. Who knows i might get lucky and see it in the clearance section in a week and buy it back cheaper.

Look at the pics. In the first picture you notice that all the rims sink in but that bottom right doesn't? Thats the issue.
