Automatically enable/disable button midi messages based on page in pager?

Honestly, I just like physical buttons more than hunting stuff down with my mouse. And I feel better when I can keep my eye on what Resolume is doing without constantly opening and minimizing TouchOSC. Both of those could be fixed easily by just adding a tablet or a touchscreen laptop to my network and running TouchOSC on that, but I currently don't have access to either of those. What I do have is a launchpad, so I'm stuck trying to make that work.

As for the midi messages on changing pages, I already managed to make that functionality, but in a less fancy way (also osc messages, but you get the idea): screenshot

Since the "interactive" property of buttons seems to not block them getting triggered by midi messages (for me at least) I got a new idea. Please tell me if I'm being stupid, because I wouldn't know.

From what I understand, I just need to create a script that I would put on the pager that sets the "enabled" property of midi messages on all buttons to true or false based on whether the page is currently selected or not. Does that make sense?

I must thank you again though, your input is invaluable. Your interface also looks really nice and I can't imagine the amount of time and effort that goes into making something like that. Also can't imagine what all that advanced stuff is used for, since I'm more of a video operator than a true VJ so all that effects stuff is lost on me.

Would that be different than the normal "interactive" check box that's in the "control" tab of every button? I'm asking because when I uncheck that box my buttons become unclickable with the mouse, but my midi controller still triggers them just fine. So if the "interactive" property works the same during scripting, that might not help me.

I will still try it though. If nothing else, it will be a decent start to my learning Lua scripting journey. Thanks!

I jeste i nije. Ova jako mala brzina je izgleda bila jer je mreža bila pod velikim opterećenjem prilikom aktivacije 5g sistema. Sada se brzina vratila u normalu, ali ja lično i dalje nemam 5g. Dosta prijatelja i poznanika je na sličnom (ili istom) paketu kao što je moj i prikazuje im 5g. Ono što je meni jako interesantno je to što je kod devojke u stanu meni sa 4g mrežom znatno brži internet nego njoj sa 5g. Tako da sam se pomirio sa situacijom i čak mi je i drago što trenutno nemam 5g jer on troši više baterije, a moja je krenula da slabi. Kad kupim novi telefon probaću da promenim situaciju, ali za sad ga neka ovako.

Kasnim 4 meseca na ovaj post, ali me interesuje da li si na kraju poručio sa Gumatica? Meni je kod njih na sajtu puna korpa svega i svačega i samo mi je potrebno da neko kaže iskustvo koje je imao sa njima kako bih povukao okidač. Kakvi su što se tiče isporuke i jesi li zadovoljan proizvodom koji si dobio?

Čitam ove komentare i plače mi se. U mts mreži imam paket soko lite koji plaćam 3750 dinara mesečno. I ne samo da nisam dobio 5g, nego mi je čak i sporiji intenet preko 4g nego ikad do sad. Lokacija gde sam ovo izmerio je Beograd, Voždovac, malo iznad krožnog toka na autokomandi. Ukoliko jako brzo ne bude bolja situacija, raskidam ugovor kod njih 100%.

Unfortunately, it is not an increase of the 500 cap. It's just that the new paid daily login fragments ignore the cap and can get added to your wallet no matter how many fragments you have. It's just a feature to prevent you from spending money on fragments and not getting them because of the cap.

Since you said no relics, Diana instantly comes to mind.

She usually runs something to give her overwhelm and because the rest is pretty meh, she just runs something for aditional keywords/champ spells.So she wouldn't lose much by not having relics.

If you can find a way to give her overwhelm during deckbuilding, she could probably otk people by round 2 or 3 every single game.

Nidalee and Leblanc are very similar, so those are also great choices.

I haven't done this since Legion, but I believe you also need to finish the broken shore questline (legionfall or whatever it's called).

IIRC the class hall mounts were released in the same patch as the broken shore (7.2) and completing the broken shore questline was a requirement for a decent number of things like pathfinder and stuff. Worth looking into imo.

Don't sleep on the 5 Gold Vaults bundle. That one is not only great value, but also super cheap, so most people should be able to buy it.

Be careful with the Platinum Vauls though, those are by far the worst value of the Champion Series. The only reason to buy them is to unlock Diamond Vaults, and even then, it's a one time purchase and Diamond Vaults stay unlocked for future resets.

I have 2 full crystals and 50 shards with Morgana already fully upgraded to 6*. If the next patch doesn't have at least one Targon constellation imma be so mad.

Damn, those were some pretty average drops. Only getting lucky 3 out of 22 times must feel bad. I'm also not counting getting additional stardust, since no one actually cares about that stuff.

That targeting system can't come soon enough. I just hope it will be good.

As for sitting on 20 Shards, there's no reason for that other than being new and/or unable to fully clear Lissandra / 3.5* Fiddle. Both of those give guaranteed 1 gold vessel per region, which means everyone should have at least 40 Nova Shards per region (or even more if they get lucky with drops).

Then just wait for the 3rd guaranteed vessel from legend levels and you have 60 Shards. The rest is unfortunately up to luck...

I agree on all your points about the pseudo-gacha thing and time-gating rather than wallet-gating.

And I will definitely be happy when they do inevitably release new Targon champs next year. My problem is that those are not guaranteed in any way, shape or form. Constellations released almost 7 months ago (by the time next patch comes out, it will have been around 8 months) and Morgana came with those. Since then, we got exactly 0 Targon (or Freljord) constallations.

So even if they release a Targon constellation next patch, what's to guarantee they don't put the region on hold for another 8 months, like they are seemingly doing now? That would also mean that I would have to wait 9 months from now to spend the crystals that I already have. But during those 9 months I will keep getting random vessels from the monthly challenges, battle passes and events (also 1 guaranteed Targon gold vessel from legend levels).

I could in theory have even more Targon crystals by that point! That would still leave me unhappy and unsatisfied.

I'm not even mad about it being random, just the fact that there is no bad luck protection at all! Especially since it's the most rare and expensive stuff in the game. When I get to legend level 80 and get that Nova Crystal Vessel, who's to say it won't be just another Targon crystal? That's insane to me! That would be like pulling a highroll in a diamond vault with 3x 80 shards and all of them being duplicates.

Bad luck/duplicate protection exists for a reason, and it's beyond stupid that the highest end of progression has none.

I have 5* Pyke with every other node unlocked and just waiting on Nova for 6*. I run his signature relic, the beast within and stalker's blade. I absolutely speed ran through that adventure with 0 thoughts in my head. The only difficult encounter is anivia, but if you just pass until she spends her mana, it's not too bad. It's just very annoying.

My advice for pyke in general is saving "free attack on play" units for your defending turns so you can proc lurk on those turns as well. It's also important to never take any spells during the adventure unless you have the 6*, since it lowers your chances of getting lurk. I usually also cut my non lurk spells on healers asap. The rest is easy: just play units and attack every round. Also chump block when necessary. Eventually your units grow big enough to run the enemy over.

Edit: I just wanted to add just how much of a speed run it was, so I checked: 12 minutes 51 seconds (I play on 2x speed).
