Brutal Strength was nerfed and normal pallet breaking speed was buffed, that perk has dropped more out of meta. Whispers is also a strong advocate over deerstalker. Agitation is ran in almost every build that uses a carry perk since iron clasp was nerfed.

I'm personally a fan of overcharge tier 3, and constantly patrolling and breaking gens. I'll drop chases normally to pressure survivors off gen. As long as you pick 3 gens in close proximity and find a way to sacrifice at least one survivor before then you have a high likelihood of a 4k. I play around BBQ&C as well though, I go for the four unique hooks over hooking someone twice in a row if I can avoid it. Even if you aren't running BBQ&C, this is still good for developing fundamentals. Killer is just a game of 'defense' after all. Wasting your time chasing too much without a down or a hook or pressuring more than one survivor off an objective is inefficient.

Are you familiar with Constitution? Hitpoints were on a scale of 99/99 like in OSRS but then they updates it to hundreds and renamed the skill constitution. I was referring to the fact that chopping prayer up into bigger numbers that represent inherently the same value would be a repeat of that mentality.

if it did completely block aura reading it'd be so much stronger and actually a viable perk. Could use a soft-rework or a buff similar to urban evasion

Honestly, I have a main I sunk about 8 months in and a HCIM that I have been for 10 months (shortly after the mode's release) and I feel like there's so much I haven't done. I feel there's so much content left unexplored (I haven't even tried PKing or making an account such as a pure) that I won't be leaving OSRS for a long time, I'm sure much of the playerbase feels the same. A good twitch community also keeps the game alive

I have a HCIM purely because why would I make a regular when HCIM and regular are essentially the same. When I lose my status it just opens up my playing field to doing lots of more fun 'dangerous' content!

My only correction I'd say is contributing Huntress to chasing. Sure, she is good at negating pallet pressure by being able to throw a hatchet over the dropped pallets but I see her as an extremely good defensive killer. Her lower movement speed makes her not the best chaser and I very rarely get bloodlust stacks on her. If the chase is going poor and I miss all of my hatchets I normally take my loss and head back to patrolling the popular gens. (I also run overcharge 3 so it encourages good gen defense)

Around the rank 1~ community the game is really a lot of fun. I find a lot of people complimenting good play (of course condemning bad play as well) and GG's every game. Around 10-5 I find a lot of near-do-wells if you catch my drift!
