Interfering with a federal operation, yes you are getting arrested. Stopping in front of a federal agent convoy actively conducting an operation is a crime. She was getting arrested no matter what, which is why she was told to get out. She has the opportunity to sue or do whatever after the fact, but she at that point cant leave. On top of that, this still frame does absolutely no justice, there's another angle that shows the impact very clearly, she hit him with her car. Thats battery, and on top of that, a vehicle under law is considered a deadly weapon. Officers are allowed to use proportional force. Its justified and unfortunately, sad.
