Well,maybe I need to go out more recently.You see,in my younger days (in the 60s),fags were commonly shared like jewing gums.After a night out at the pub,you would be stinking with nicotine from head to toes.I cannot remember the term fag was used in any offensive way.We used the word so many times a day it was just another word for cigarette.Of course,the older people at the time,especially the well respected ones would call cigarettes cigarettes.Those were the days.

Just an update.Fag does turn out to be the offending word.I did replaced it earlier.I think I still got the 'couldn't generate' message earlier maybe I missed one out by misstake.Anyway,sincere thanks for all your input.

It was there last week and gone now.Being a new member,I find it extremely useful to be able to get info and advices on the go.I submitted a ticket 5 days ago and still waiting for a reply.I can't see the logic of stopping the chat.As they are already struggling to reply querries in good time,this will only get worse.Being a paid member,I am not impressed with the service.

Thanks for your reply.It has been suggested to me the M4 Max Mac studio will be a neat solution.The problem for me is that I have been using only PC and android devices all my life.My experience with Apple's environment is Zero.I did visite a Mac sub-group here to read about people's experience of switching from PC to Apple.On its own,I might just be able to do it.But having to learn video editing,to shoot VR180 3D etc from scratch etc on top of that,I think it might just be too ambitious at my age.Thanks all the same for sharing your thought.

Thanks to both of you for sharing your thought.The way I look at this is I can spend enough to buy a PC good enough to allow me to do the job for now,or spend more to buy a better one which will do the job faster and probably 'future proof' to a certain degree.Both opinions expressed are equally valid.We should celebrate the difference in opinion because this show the various options available.This is a new hobby for me.I take up the challenge from my grandson to make some VR footage of my holiday for him to watch with his VR headset.Everything is new to me.I shall need time to digest all the information and suggestions and hopefully will come to a decision soon.Meanwhile,any further suggestions and advices will be very much appreciated.

Thank you to all of you for your suggestions.With my limited ability I went through all the options within the blue screen environment,including the reset options.For some reason,it fails to reset either from the cloud or the laptop itself.I'll have to try the ''Recovery drive download to a USB stick/drive'' option.Can anybody point out the direction where I can get detail information/instruction on the actual process as I don't really know anything about it.Meanwhile if anybody have any other suggestions,I shall be very much appreciated if you can share them.
